To develop an Association in which the Decorative and
Stationery manufacturers of different countries can have
contact with one another and to promote friendly relationships
between the owners or managers of individual companies.

To give Government, International Associations
and other Bodies directly or indirectly interested, the
facility for conferring with the Decorative and Stationery
Plastic Foils Industry. To promote friendly consultations
and co-operation with such Bodies for the general benefit
of the industry and the consumers.

To promote excellence in standards of
materials and workmanship in the products of the industry,
i.e. by organising technical researches and studies. To
establish in every lawful way standards of commercial
practice and products performance to protect and further
the interests of consumers, traders and manufacturers
of the industry and its suppliers. |
