Individual companies may be members of EDEFA provided they
are a legal entity according to the law in their country. They
should have their main decision centre, i.e. the parent company,
the main shareholder, a holding company of any type of company
in the territory.
Producing or distributing under its own brand name and with
its own collections, more than 3 million square metres/year
of decorative and self adhesives films, shower curtains , plactic
films for nursery goods and stationery products.
Application for membership shall be made in writting to the
Executive Secretary of EDEFA.
No applicant can become a member until his application has
been accepted by 2/3rds of the members present or represented
at the General Assembly.
Having participated in the constitutional assembly of the
Association or adhered to the Association before or during the
first General Assembly of the Association.
